An explosion in the north of seized Crimea, according to Ukraine’s defense minister, damaged Russian weapons being delivered by rail. Ihor Ivin, the Russian-installed mayor of Dzhankoi, claimed a 33-year-old male was transported to the hospital with a shrapnel injury from a fallen drone. Many buildings were destroyed by fire, and the electricity grid was affected. Ukraine denied responsibility for the strike.
